Book a Trusted Tradie at Powerstate Services

How to Use the Powerstate Services Booking Form.

To access the Powerstate Services booking form, go to the Job Bookings page on the Powerstate Services Website. The process is laid out in a step-by step format, designed to be pretty much self explanatory as you progress through the steps. Even so, here are the steps you will need to take.

Step one – Location.

Start by selecting what area in or around Adelaide your job is located in. For example, if this is a residential job, is your home located in the CBD or the Northern, Southern, Eastern, or Western Suburbs? Perhaps you are in a regional area. Wherever you need us to go, we need to know the region first, so we know which team to send out.

Once you click on the appropriate region, you will be presented with a list of available services.

Step Two – Service Required.

From the list of services, simply scroll down to find the one that best matches what you need done. The pricing will show as you go, so you know how much it is going to cost. If you need more than one appliance installed, you can still use this form to do so, but you will need to enter booking details for one item at a time. Once you get to Step Six, you will see the option to add another appliance to the same booking.

Step Three – Select Extra Services.

You will now be presented with a list of optional extra services, such as disposal of an old appliance or pickup and delivery of a new one from the retailer you purchased it from.

If you don’t need any extras, or are unsure about whether you do, simply click “Next” to continue with your booking and we can discuss any extras we identify along the way, once we arrive to do the job.

Step Four – Date & Time.

Next, you need to select the date and preferred time slot you would like to have the job done on. Only available dates and times are shown, so you can’t accidentally make a booking that clashes with someone else’s booking.

Step Five – Your Information.

You can now enter your name, email address, phone number and street address of where the job needs to be done. Add any comments you feel relevant as well, e.g. “The dog will be locked up”, “Please knock, as doorbell doesn’t work” etc. This field is optional though, so no need to enter anything if you don’t feel the need.

Click “Next” once you have finished entering the required information.

It is really important that we get both your email and phone number, so we can confirm the booking and contact you if we need to clarify anything. If you don’t have an email address for some reason, contact us instead of continuing with the booking. Mind you, don’t be tempted just to contact us, to try and save having to fill in the booking form, as by the time we try to manually create a booking for you, someone else may have already used the form to book the day and time that you were wanting.

Step Six – View Cart & Book Any Additional Jobs.

Once you have entered your details and added the address for the installation of the particular service you chose at Step Two, you can either move to the final confirmation step, or click on “Add new Booking” to add other services to the same job.

The reason why we ask you to enter the booking information for each appliance separately is because they may or may not be located at the same place. For example, let’s say a Landlord was updating the ovens in three different properties they manage but still want the bill to be consolidated, they can enter different addresses for each appliance, all during the same booking. You see, when you add other services, your contact details remain the same but you can enter a different location for the additional job you need done.

The cart at Step Six gives you a summary of which service/s you have booked, as well as the region, date and time chosen.

Final Step – Confirmation.

Once you confirm the booking at this final step, you should receive a confirmation email and SMS text to your mobile phone.

A reminder will also be sent to you just prior to the actually booking date.

Additional Notes.

As mentioned, don’t worry if you are unsure of what extras to select at Step Three, as we will contact you to discuss your needs before finalising the booking.
